United Airlines UA595, DEN - SFO (Boeing 777). Dinner service, salad option. Business Class cabin.

This is Asian curried grilled chicken over a salad. Everything was chilled and tasted fresh - even the chicken had a good flavor. However, the crunchy bits were a bit soggy. They forgot the butter for the dinner roll, but I'm sure they'd have brought me some had I asked for it. Airline food ain't what it used to be, but it's still not too bad
